GOD
We believe that there is one true God, the Creator of the universe, who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Psalm 48:14; Isaiah 40:28; John 1:1; 1 John 1:5)
JESUS
We believe that Jesus is God's only begotten son, was born of a virgin, lived a perfect life, and then gave up his life for our sin on a cross, only to be physically raised from the dead three days later. He now sits at the right hand of God in heaven, waiting to return for His people. (Matthew 1:18-25; John 1:1-18; 2 Corinthians 5:15; Hebrews 1:3)
HOLY SPIRIT
We believe that the Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son, and provides power to overcome sin, gives insight into Scripture, and provides personal direction in life. The Holy Spirit comes to dwell in believers at the time of baptism to guide them in life's journey. (Ezekiel 36:26-27; John 14:26; Acts 2:38)
THE BIBLE
We believe that the Bible is the accurate, inspired Word of God. It was written by men under the inspiration of God and is the ultimate authority for all Christians. (Psalm 119:105; Matthew 4:4; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12)
SALVATION
To become a Christian, one must believe that Jesus is God's Son, repent of their sin, and be baptized by immersion. (John 3:16; Acts 2:38; 1 John 1:9)
AFTER WE DIE
We believe that everyone will live forever after they die. Non-believers will be separated from God's presence for all eternity in hell. Believers will be welcomed into heaven to be with God for all eternity. (John 3:36; Revelation 20-22)
